We are a space for healing, growth, mutual aid and radical transformation for individuals, relationships and organizations.
Rooted in healing justice and liberation psychology, we assist mutual aid efforts, support educational transformation, and provide therapy, and retreats that honor the interconnectedness of personal and collective healing.
We seek to create spaces where those working for justice, seeking collective growth, and building strategic resistance can reclaim joy and rest while respecting independence and self-agency.

Rest is revolution. Donation only based retreats in central Mexico for activists, thinkers, artists, leaders and healers to resist burnout while building strategic resistance.
